This week I’m sharing a peer-reviewed case study.  It outlines a case in which scarring from an old ankle injury was mimicking sciatica, and how releasing fascial restrictions in the ankle resolved the sciatic pain.  It’s a worthy read, in my opinion, for anyone trying to get a better understanding of how their body works.
