How does massage help?

As with stress, massage had been proven to reduce elevated hormone levels associated with fatigue and exhaustion allowing the body’s chemicals and nervous system to rebalance. I spoke to this in detail in my last video, “Corporate Body Damage: Mental Health – Stress”. In addition, massage improves your quality of sleep.  It reduces the stress hormones in the body while increasing the endorphins or “feel good” chemicals.  The bottom line is this: Massage helps calm your body and mind allowing you to rest.  And rest is the simplest solution to exhaustion.
